The campus was blockaded for 70's
student movement. That time I was
poor student and must work to get
living and school expense so no
time to join this movement.
I explained above matters to my
pen pal and mentioned that I would
like to work and study English.
Finally her parents accepted my hope.
I was very Lucky!!
I stuck $300 into my pocket and
left Haneda Tokyo Airport to
Pasadena on June 15, 1971.

I attended English Convesation Night Class at twice a week. But still my English is very poor. (-.-;)
Pasadena Girl who can speaks Japanese but Akita dialect due to she was living in Akita (north part of Japan) during elementary and junior high school. She found me on News paper.
I bought Ford 1960 used car at $475.00 and sold to my friend at $300.00 1 year later.
